Public Procurement – EU Institutions and Agencies

Calls published by verified EU institutions and agencies. Includes planned calls and expressions of interest; check the official procedure and submission conditions. The filters and status buttons above apply to both sections.

Coverage and classification

Make assigns records to one or more policy Hubs using programme identifiers, topic titles and scope references. Scope-only matches are shown as related opportunities. Classification is indicative and may require review. EU Budget & Funds displays the complete collected catalogue; entries without a confident sector assignment are flagged. National and regional calls published outside this EU portal are not covered. Public procurement includes only authorities verified from the lead-authority data; missing or ambiguous authorities and third-country government procurement are excluded. Scope-based classification is indicative, including when an explicit objective is detected.

Second-stage opportunities are for applicants invited after the first stage. Entries with missing or ambiguous deadlines are shown under “Check conditions”. Expired dates are not presented as open, even if the index still marks the entry “Open”. An opportunity due today remains visible until its exact official closing time is checked.

Call, topic and cascade-funding records are distinct. Budgets shown are indicative amounts attached to the displayed topic or action, not guaranteed individual awards.
